Our Mission

Holly Branch is a non-profit corporation and shall be operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (“IRC”), or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code.

The purpose is twofold.

1. to provide items to physically, mentally, emotionally, educationally, financially, socially or otherwise underprivileged (or challenged) children and adults. Items would include, but not limited to, a quality duffel/book bag, toys, books, accessories, learning materials, clothing, school supplies, etc.

2. Personal training and dietary programs from an NCSF certified personal trainer at little to no cost to those who can’t afford this luxury service. Improved physical health will greatly improve mental health resulting in a more confident individual with healthy habits for an improved future.
